On the basis of the request of the market regulator (the Czech National Bank), Addendum 1 was added to the EU Growth Prospectus of eMan, including interim economic results for the first half of 2020 and the company’s economic forecast for the period 2020-2024. The data has previously been published in the Information Memorandum. The addendum to the prospectus can be downloaded here.
An order book was made public today at 10 a.m. and will close on 31 August at 12 p.m. Investors can monitor the ongoing status of the subscription here.
