The Prague software house eMan is developing and planning the launch of a cryptocurrency online game called Alteration. It will be linked to the NFT world and will run within the network of Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. The game will be developed by eMan’s newly formed subsidiary “Legend has it”.
Cryptocurrencies and NFT tokens are considered one of the most progressive and fastest growing domains in finance and technology. There are thousands of tokens, currencies and “virtual images,” with their values varying significantly.
The sustainability of value on one hand is counter-balanced by the potential of great profit at the price of risk. The “play-to-earn” system is quite transparent in its name – play for free and earn some virtual currency.
DEMO TOWARDS THE END OF NOVEMBER
The game will be demoed in the second half of November. The first tokens will be available for pre-sale this December. The interest in the first Czech NFT game is also reflected in the number of members of the special Telegram group, who are a typical communication channel for the world of cryptocurrencies – there have been 3,500 members recorded in just two weeks.
“We see our entry into this world as a major step in our expansion. Blockchains and cryptocurrencies are without doubt the strongest and fastest growing market, suggesting a strong role in the future economy. That is why we decided to become one of the first Czech companies to help in the development of cryptocurrency gaming,” explains Jiří Horyna, CEO of eMan.
DAILY TURNOVER OF SIMILAR GAMES? UP TO TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS
Alteration’s open world with cyberpunk themes and a touch of Nordic mythology is a turn-based RPG strategy where players can earn by playing, buying, selling or trading. These NFT tokens can be earned in a variety of ways, some of which include PvP (player versus player) where you fight for NFTs against someone “on the other side of the screen” or through “mining” in mines, which allows players to produce NFTs themselves from the mined material.
The diverse range of NFTs that players can earn include, for example, weapons, armour or game characters as such. In addition, players can create their own tokens using professions and create upgradable components, weapons and armour. At the same time, it will also be possible to buy NFT properties, such as mines and apartments.
