Today, the subscription of Karo Invest a.s. shares in the START market was completed. The order book indicated a great interest in shares, the issue was eventually oversubscribed by 122.45%.
Shares of Karo Invest have been traded in the START market since 13th November 2019. This time, the company offered shares via a SPO (Secondary Public Offering), which had two rounds. The first round of subscription was preferential, available exclusively to existing shareholders as the law stipulates, and it took place from 13th November to 27th November 2020. In this round, 2 987 shares were subscribed at CZK43. The second round took place from 30th November to 14th December 2020 and it was opened to any investors. The price range was set at CZK43–50, with each lot containing 2000 shares. In the second round, Karo Invest successfully place 294 000 shares at CZK45,20. Thus received a total of CZK13,288 800 from investors.
During the subscription period, trading in its shares was suspended and will resumed on 15th December 2020.
