In the EU Growth Prospectus of FIXED.zone a.s. (the “Prospectus”), approved by the Czech National Bank under ref. No.: 2021/103908/CNB/570 dated 13 October 2021, it is stated that the issuer is considering to apply for an investment under the IPO Fund programme and to sign an investment agreement with Národní rozvojová investiční, a.s.
According to the terms of the IPO Fund programme, Národní rozvojová investiční, a.s. may complete the investment at the minimum price of the offered shares. As the subscription was carried out at a price higher than the minimum price, the investment of Národní rozvojová investiční, a.s. in the issued shares was not completed. The risks described in the Prospectus in relation to Národní rozvojová investiční, a.s. are therefore not relevant for FIXED.zone a.s.
