Commencement of subscription of companies aiming for PX Start

The Prague Stock Exchange hereby announces that Primoco UAV SE and UDI CEE a.s., in the capacity of issuers aiming for trading on the PX Start market, have published prospectuses, which have been approved by the Czech National Bank and have met all the other requirements necessary to launch a public offering.

Therefore, starting today, 18 September 2018, the Prague Stock Exchange is opening a system for receiving subscription orders for both issues. Orders will be received until the START Day on 2 October 2018, when the final price and the subscribed volume for each issue will be fixed.
